Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
- 3 tbsp virtually fat-free fromage frais or quark
Makes 2 portions
Preparation
- Put the egg yolk in a mixing bowl and combine with the mustard. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs.
- Gradually mix in the fromage frais or quark, stirring continuously. Keep chilled.
