Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- ½ tsp liquid sweetener
- 20 drops of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp oat bran
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180c/350f/gas 4.
- Mix the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla and oat bran.
- Beat egg whites until very stiff and fold into the bran mixture, then pour into a flat baking tin.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
