Description
- 2 tb. unsalted butter
- 1 Tb. Spice Blend
- 12 Slices Thick Sliced Bacon
- 12 Large Sea Scallops
- Layer two pieces of paper towels on a microwave safe plate. Place bacon in a single layer. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes to partially cook the bacon.
- Once cool enough to handle, wrap one piece of bacon around each scallop. Thread onto skewers.
- Mix melted butter with spice blend and brush over skewered scallops.
- Grill skewers over medium heat six to eight minutes, or until scallops are opaque and bacon is crisp and cooked through.
