Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
2 pkgs (8 oz each) sliced baby bella mushrooms, washed, patted dry with paper towels, divided
2 tsp soy sauce
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add half of mushrooms and toss to coat; spread in single layer (do not overcrowd pan).
Cook, without stirring, 5 min.
Cook, stirring often, about 2 min, until browned. Transfer to plate. Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
Add all mushrooms and soy sauce to pan; season with pepper. Stir to combine.
Chef tip: Try with shiitake, king oyster, or any of your favorite mushrooms.
