1 pkg (12 oz) Orange Poppers Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine, stems removed, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pkg (8 oz) burrata cheese, drained, each piece quartered
1 pkg (.25 oz) basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup balsamic binaigrette
Directions
Arrange tomatoes on serving platter; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
Top tomatoes evenly with cheese. Top cheese with basil; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
